Linlithgow Rose, dressed in their change strip of white, taking to the field at their Prestonfield ground for Dechmont Forklift League Cup group match against local rivals Pumpherston Juniors, which the home side won 4-0. Junior football was divided into East, West and North sections and played throughout Scotland. It had its own governing body, the SJFA and regional pyramid structure and national cup competition.
