Tom Jones, the last mussel fisherman who uses traditional raking methods to collect the mussels, fishing from his boat near his home at Conwy, north Wales. Mr Jones works with his father, Trevor and grandfather Ken in the family business located at Conwy quay. The season lasted from the end of September to April, during which the Jones' company, Conwy Mussels, would harvest 20-30 tonnes from local estuary and river.
