Cassiobury Court, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation clinic in Watford, England where former international footballer Paul 'Gazza' Gascoigne underwent a series of nutrient infusions. The pioneering protocol, involving a product known as NAD+, helps repair the brain and body has been introduced to the United Kingdom by John Gillen, a  former hose jockey and recovering alcoholic. Patients undergo several infusions, which can take up to several hours to complete, under medical supervision at the clinic.
