Former professional footballer and convicted drug dealer Michael Kinsella, pictured with students in a classroom at Gaby Mere, training ground of Tranmere Rovers FC, where he works for the club's football development programme. Kinsella, a former player at Liverpool and Rovers, served four separate gaol terms before devising and starting a programme for young people to combine apprenticeships and football. Michael started working with Tranmere Rovers in September 2015 when 25 youngsters were selected for entry onto what was then called the TRFC Scholarship programme.
