A hiker below the summit of Sgurr a' Chaorachain, a Munro mountain walks down towards Loch Monar. The north west Highlands of Scotland is home to many Munros, mountains over 3000 feet (910 metres). Munrobagging was a popular pastime whereby climbers and walkers attempted to climb all 278 of Scotland's Munros.
